Refund and Returns Policy- Caremazic™

This policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with hygiene and safety standards.

At Caremazic™, we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. Please read the policy below to understand how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.


RETURN & REPLACEMENT WINDOW

Customers may raise a return or replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.


ELIGIBLE CASES FOR RETURN / REPLACEMENT

You are eligible to raise a request if:

  • A wrong product has been delivered
  • The product is damaged or tampered during transit
  • The order is incomplete or has missing items
  • An expired product has been delivered

All requests must be supported with clear images or videos of the product, outer box, and shipping label.


NON-ELIGIBLE CASES (NO RETURNS)

Returns or replacements will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or altered
  • Original packaging, seal, or labels are missing
  • The product is damaged due to customer mishandling
  • The request is raised after 7 days from delivery
  • The product was purchased during a sale or promotional offer
  • Free or complimentary items are involved

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products are strictly non-returnable.


HOW TO RAISE A REQUEST

Step 1

Email us at support@caremazic.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Registered email or phone number
  • Reason for return or replacement
  • Clear photos or video proof

Step 2

Allow 2 working days for request review and approval.

Step 3

If approved:

  • A reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable, or
  • You may be requested to self-ship the product (instructions will be provided)

REFUND & REPLACEMENT PROCESS

  • Replacement will be initiated subject to stock availability
  • If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, bank or UPI details will be required

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

Caremazic™ reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.
