Shipping Policy – Caremazic™

At Caremazic™, we aim to deliver your skincare products safely, transparently, and on time. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping charges, GST applicability, order processing, and delivery timelines.
1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. SHIPPING CHARGES (IMPORTANT)
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹399
- For orders below ₹399, a flat shipping charge of ₹40 is applicable
GST on Shipping
As per Government of India GST regulations, shipping charges are taxable.
- GST @18% is charged additionally on shipping
- Example:
- Shipping charge: ₹40.00
- GST @18%: ₹7.20
- Total shipping shown at checkout: ₹47.20
All applicable charges are clearly shown during checkout before payment.
3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
Once processed, orders are handed over to our delivery partners.
4. DELIVERY TIMELINES
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro & remote locations: 5–7 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. ORDER TRACKING
- Tracking details are shared via SMS or email once the order is shipped
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active
6. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
If an order contains multiple products, items may be shipped separately at no additional shipping cost.
7. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
For Cash on Delivery orders:
- A COD convenience fee may be applicable
- GST @18% is charged on COD fees, where applicable
- The final COD amount (including GST) is shown clearly at checkout
8. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED SHIPMENTS
If you receive a damaged or tampered package:
- Do not accept the delivery, if possible
- If already accepted, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Share photos or videos with support@caremazic.com

9. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Caremazic™ is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address or contact information.
